BCS Feasibility Study
A Feasibility Study may be a critical step in the process of developing a Victim Coordinator Program within your agency.
The BCS Feasibility Study is designed to to assess the need for developing and implementing a Victim Coordinator program. The goal of the BCS Feasibility Study is to provide clear data driven information to help you answer …
“Can my agency do this?”
As part of the BCS Feasibility study an on-site evaluation, a community evaluation and resource evaluation is conducted to determine your agencies needs. BCS will provide an in depth and agency specific study with a calculation of estimated weekly hours needed for Victim Coordinator services. The Feasibility study takes into account previous years calls for service (for specific crime types) and provides a cost for services based on those findings. BCS meets with agency Command Staff to identify areas of need, best practices and policy adjustments to help create a path towards implementing a Victim Coordinator Program that meets the desired goals and values of your agency. In addition, BCS provides a a cost-benefit analysis for services along with a structure of services that is available to your agency.
